1. INTRODUCTION

This Payment Policy ("Policy") governs how Creators and Partners registered on the ACHWALE platform are compensated for their participation in campaigns and related activities.

By accepting a campaign or working with a Brand through ACHWALE, you ("User," "Creator," or "Partner") agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all platform rules.

2. PAYMENT ELIGIBILITY

Payments are made only to registered and verified Creators and Partners who:

Have successfully completed ACHWALE's KYC process (Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account verification).

Have complied with campaign terms, deadlines, and proof-of-work requirements.

Have not violated platform policies, engaged in fraud, or attempted external transactions.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in payment delay, deduction, or cancellation.

3. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

For Creators:

Creators are compensated for each campaign task they accept and complete successfully.

Payout structure: 60% โ€“ 70% of the campaign value.

The remaining amount is retained by ACHWALE as a platform operational share.

Minimum payout threshold: โ‚น1,000 (INR).

For Partners:

Partners earn a commission between 10% and 15% of the total campaign value generated by the Brands they onboard.

Commissions are calculated only on successfully executed and completed campaigns.

4. PAYMENT TIMELINE

All approved payments will be processed within 24 hours of campaign completion and proof verification.

ACHWALE uses secure payment gateways and may disburse funds through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved modes.

Delays caused by third-party payment processors or incomplete verification are not the responsibility of ACHWALE.

5. PROOF OF WORK & VERIFICATION

Payments to Creators are subject to submission and verification of campaign completion proof:

Screenshots or links of live posts, reels, or stories as per campaign instructions.

Proof that the post remains live for a minimum of 30 days.

No deletion or concealment within 48 hours after publishing.

Failure to comply results in a 50% penalty deduction, half credited to the Brand and half retained by ACHWALE.

6. PAYMENT MODE AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

Payments are transferred to the bank account linked to the Creator's or Partner's ACHWALE profile.

ACHWALE is not liable for delays due to incorrect or inactive account details.

Users must ensure accurate and updated bank information.

7. TAX DEDUCTIONS AND INVOICING

All payments are subject to applicable taxes, TDS, and GST as per Indian law.

ACHWALE will issue payment confirmations or invoices for every transaction.

Creators and Partners are responsible for maintaining their own tax compliance records.

7A. TDS & TAX COMPLIANCE

TDS for Creators

Payments to Creators for influencer or creative services are classified under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Professional Fees).

10% TDS will be deducted when annual payments to a Creator exceed โ‚น30,000 in a financial year.

If no valid PAN is provided, TDS shall be deducted at 20% as per Section 206AA.

TDS for Partners

Commission earned by Partners for onboarding Brands is classified under Section 194H (Commission or Brokerage).

5% TDS will be deducted when annual commission exceeds โ‚น15,000 in a financial year.

Compliance & Deposits

All deducted TDS will be deposited with the Government of India under the TAN of KeTab Internet World within statutory deadlines.

ACHWALE will issue Form 16A quarterly to Creators and Partners as proof of deduction.

All Users are encouraged to verify their PAN and keep their KYC information accurate to avoid higher deductions.

Tax Reporting

Creators and Partners must report their earnings and TDS credits in their respective Income Tax Returns.

ACHWALE shall not be liable for penalties arising from Users' non-compliance with personal tax obligations.

8. PENALTIES AND DEDUCTIONS

ACHWALE may impose penalties or holds for early post deletion, fake proofs, inflated followers, or off-platform payments.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Payment-related disputes must first be raised via ticket or support@achwale.com.

ACHWALE will respond within 3 working days; unresolved cases proceed to arbitration in Hyderabad, India.

10. NON-PAYMENT EXCLUSIONS

No payout if tasks are unverified, Brand payment is pending, or policy violations exist.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

ACHWALE is not liable for bank delays, incorrect details, or third-party failures. Maximum liability equals the verified unpaid amount.

12. POLICY AMENDMENTS

ACHWALE may modify this Policy any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
