This Privacy Policy explains how KeTab Internet World (Proprietorship) ("ACHWALE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and business information of its users — Brands, Creators, and Partners — who register or use the ACHWALE platform (the "Platform").

By registering, accessing, or using ACHWALE, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

ACHWALE collects limited personal and business data strictly necessary for identification, verification, and campaign management.

ACHWALE does not collect or store biometric, medical, or sensitive data beyond what is necessary for KYC and operational compliance.

a. Information Provided by Users:

For Creators and Partners:

  • Name, address, phone number, email ID
  • Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details
  • Date of birth (for identity verification)
  • Social media profile links, follower count, campaign activity data

For Brands:

  • Business name, contact details
  • GST details (optional)
  • Authorized representative details
  • Campaign information, transaction records

b. Automatically Collected Information:

  • Device type, browser version, and IP address
  • Login timestamps and session duration
  • Campaign interactions and platform activity logs

3. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

ACHWALE collects and processes information solely for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

Registering and verifying user accounts.

Facilitating campaign creation, participation, and completion.

Processing payments and commissions.

Maintaining performance records and analytics for internal use.

Sending communications regarding campaigns, payments, and platform updates.

Complying with legal, taxation, and anti-fraud obligations.

4. COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING CONSENT

By using ACHWALE, you consent to receive:

  • Operational communications such as campaign alerts, payout notifications, and account updates.
  • Promotional communications about new features, offers, or opportunities available on the platform.

Opt-out Option:

You may opt out of promotional communications anytime by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in emails or by contacting support@achwale.com. Operational communications cannot be opted out of as they are necessary for platform functioning.

5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

All data collected by ACHWALE is stored within India.

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or as required by law.

Upon account deactivation, user data will be securely deleted within 15 days, except where retention is necessary for legal, financial, or operational reasons.

6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

ACHWALE does not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties.

Limited visibility is provided to:

Brands

May view the Creator's public profile, campaign performance, and proof of task completion through their ACHWALE dashboard.

Internal Operations

ACHWALE's verified employees and systems administrators may access user data only to the extent necessary for campaign execution, payments, or compliance.

No data will be shared externally with advertisers, social networks, or analytics companies without express consent.

7. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

At present, ACHWALE does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics for advertising purposes.

In the future, ACHWALE may deploy cookies or analytical tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) solely to improve platform functionality and user experience.

Any such change will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy, and users will be notified in advance.

Users may adjust browser settings to disable cookies; however, certain features may not function optimally as a result.

8. DATA SECURITY

ACHWALE employs appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard user data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

10. CHILDREN AND MINORS

Partners

Must be at least 15 years old to register

Creators

Below 15 are not eligible to participate in campaigns or receive payments

If ACHWALE becomes aware that data has been collected from an ineligible user, it will be deleted immediately.

11. DATA BREACH POLICY

In case of a data breach, ACHWALE will:

12. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

ACHWALE reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time.

Effective Upon Posting

All changes will be effective upon posting on the platform

Continued Use = Acceptance

Continued use will constitute acceptance of the updated terms

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes related to data collection, usage, or privacy shall be resolved as per the Dispute Resolution Clause in ACHWALE's Terms and Conditions.
